Need- Short-Term Accom City-Centre/Ocean Village

I'm a master's student whose contract finishes on 28th August. However my course finishes on the 21st September. My almost completed research requires use of university resources.

That's why I'd like upto a month of accommodation near the National Oceanography Centre/City Centre from the end of August. I am happy to occupy an empty room before someone moves in/ signs a contract.

In terms of habits: I'm quiet and usually return late. I prefer to cook, but not daily. I maintain a good standard of cleanliness. I am usually not around on weekends too.

I am quite adaptable as comfort is not my priority now. l don't mind living with any number of people(I had to choose 3 below because it was compulsory to choose number of housemates).
