Looking for 3 Rooms House (Ensuite/Shared)

We're a group of 3 (2 girls + 1 boy) looking for a 3-bedroom house, en-suite or shared rooms considered. On student visas until January, so ideally a similar-length or flexible tenancy.
Bills included preferred
Clean, tidy, respectfull and friendly
Indian nationals, respectful of shared spaces
Move-in Date : September 1, 2026 (but flexible if it's good offer)
Location: Preferably Birmingham
