Looking for a new place to call home
Hello!
I am a 27 year old kiwi, making the big move to London this August.
I work as a business analyst and got this opportunity to transfer over through my current role.
I have lived in various flats for the past 5 years and become great friends with those who I’ve lived with, so I’m very much looking for a place to live where others have the same mentality. This isn’t to say that I am looking for a party flat, as I value the balance of socialising and downtime very highly. I’m very familiar with how to live in a shared space with others and would say that I am very clean and considerate.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, live music, working out, watching/playing sports, and going out for a drink with friends.
My ideal room would be around £1100 or less and be able to fit a desk and double bed. My work is located in Paddington so not too fussy about the location as long as the commute there is reasonable.
Cheers!
