Postgrad couple, ensuite or studio, from late aug

We're Rohan (25) and Simran (26), finishing MSc degrees at the
University of Bristol. Both of us worked full time before returning
to study, two years and four years respectively.

Looking for: an ensuite room or a self-contained studio/flat. A
private bathroom is essential for us, but we're very happy to share
a kitchen and living space. Ideally all bills included, around
£1,300 pcm, with some flexibility for the right place.

Dates: available from 21 August, needing somewhere for roughly 2 to 4 months, ideally rolling after an initial short term.

About us as tenants: quiet, tidy, non-smokers, no pets. We both work from home a fair bit, so we're around during the day, but we're low-key with it and keep to ourselves.

Happy to provide bank statements and references. We don't have a UK guarantor, so worth flagging early in case that's a dealbreaker.
