I'm looking for a room for myself, in a shared flat or house, and I would prefer en-suite but this is not a must. I work full-time, so I would prefer a quiet household. I'm not loud, and I keep to myself, but I'm always happy to have a chat. I always make sure to clean up after myself in communal areas, and give people the space they need.
