looking for a 3-bedroom flat in Leeds

Hi! I am a professional and responsible female looking for a 3-bedroom apartment/house in Leeds, with a preferred move-in date around 28 August.

I am looking for a property in LS1, LS2, or LS3, preferably close to the city centre or with good transport links. My budget is around £500–£550 per person per month, and bills included would be a bonus.

I do not have a UK guarantor, but I can provide proof of income, references if required, and I am happy to discuss alternative arrangements such as paying rent in advance if needed.
