Hi there.

I am a professional male aged 45. I am looking for a single or double room in and around DE4 postcode area. Also Bakewell, Ashbourne and Buxton areas. I am available to move immediately and have a budget of £500pcm.

I am actively looking for long term accommodation in the meantime so I may not need a spare room for too long.

I would be working from home whilst there, so will likely be very quiet and easy to be around.

I also have proof of some savings, plus a business website and the equivalent of up to 12 months rent in advance. Hope that helps.
