Double bedroom/en-suite/flat wanted

Hi! I'm looking to buddy up with a like-minded female flatmate to rent a two-bedroom flat in South East or South West London. Alternatively, I'd also be interested in renting a double bedroom (ideally with an en-suite) in an existing flat.

I'm fairly flexible on the exact area, as long as it's safe and within walking distance of a Tube or train station with good connections into central London.

I'm also flexible with the move-in date and can move anytime from next week until the end of August.

I work at a law firm and mostly work from home. I'm also planning to study Psychology part-time from January (or next September), so having a peaceful home environment is important to me. I'm a light sleeper and value a quiet space, but I'm absolutely happy to have occasional visitors and don't expect the flat to be silent all the time.

I'm clean, tidy, and appreciate keeping shared spaces well looked after. I'd love to find someone with a similar approach to creating a comfortable, respectful home.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading (especially psychology, philosophy, and classical literature), going to the gym, practising martial arts, listening to classical music, and doing crafts.

I don't smoke or drink, and I'm happy to live with someone who has a cat.
