Intern Seeking Room, West Cambridge, 6 Months

I'm starting a 6-month internship at the William Gates Building (University of Cambridge, West Cambridge site) and looking for a spare room to rent for the duration, starting end of August.

Budget is around £800per month, and I'm flexible on single or double room. Ideally somewhere within easy cycling distance of Madingley Road / West Cambridge, but open to anywhere with a reasonable commute by bike.

A room with a lock on the door would be a nice-to-have, but not essential.

I'm tidy, quiet, and considerate, easy to live with, respectful of shared spaces, and happy to chat about house rules or references if needed. I've lived in shared housing before and it went great. I'm used to communal living and respectful of shared spaces. No pets, non-smoker.

Looking for a stable, friendly place for the 6 months, and happy to answer any questions and provide references or a deposit as needed.
