MSc graduate seeking double room in London
Hi! My name is Catalina, I'm 32 and originally from Chile. I've just completed my MSc at the University of Edinburgh and I'm actively interviewing with several companies in London.
I'm tidy, quiet and considerate, and I'm looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. I enjoy reading, exploring the city, going to cafes and exhibitions, and the occasional pub. I'd love to find a flatmate I can have a chat with while also respecting each other's space.
I'm available from the 31st of August and looking for a long-term arrangement.
A quick note on referencing: I have a guarantor who can cover the rent, an official reference letter from the University of Edinburgh confirming my accommodation payments have always been on time, and I'm also happy to pay several months' rent upfront if that helps provide extra peace of mind. I'm very happy to discuss this upfront, so please do get in touch even if this raises questions; I'd rather be transparent from the start!
