Looking for room mate/s

Looking to live in a nice apartment with amenities such as swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna possibly with an en suite, balcony and security. Looking for a room mate/s who is peaceful. Open to becoming friends and hanging out if we get along and happy to give space and independence. I am looking to live a nice live with low friction. I like brunch, cocktails, going on walks etc. No smoking, I drink sometimes. Somebody who is reliable and mature but okay with having a nice time. I prioritise a good standard of living and no arguments or conflict just leaving each other to it because it is expensive and not worth wasting time over trivial things. I enjoy space but I also enjoy spending time with people so I can do both.
