Preference: Female-only household/ possibly 1 female but willing to look into more

Extras: would love a TV in my room but understand that is a big ask I am just a proper netflix freak haha
Deposit: Preferably no deposit- but I can try and get one together if the place is right for me.

I'm looking for female only, as I feel most comfortable this way- I'm not at ease living with men, aside from my boyfriend and my own/his family, which I hope you understand
I am fully qualified in animal care, I love all animals (besides rats), and would love to help to look after any pets in the home. I will seek for work in Essex when I have found a place I am just moving from 6 hours away to be closer to boyfriend, friends and other family members and also to have a fresh start to life since I haven't had the best start to life.
I am friendly, clean, quiet and respectful of privacy and boundaries, also easy to get along with.
I am hoping for a quite a good sized room, fully furnished, and would absolutely love it if there was a TV included- though I know that is a big ask.
