Friendly language teacher, moving Aug 1st, £500 pm

Hi, I'm James. I'm a language teacher moving to Glasgow from Berlin on August 1st. I teach one-on-one online, but hope to start work at some academies in Glasgow this Autumn. I have steady income and I'm often home during the day, but I'm on calls so I'm quiet, not underfoot.

Looking for a room around £500 a month or less, bills included if possible. I'm tidy and easygoing, friendly enough to chat in the kitchen but I'm not around trying to hang out all the time either. Open to Glasgow or Paisley, or anywhere with an easy commute in.

Planning to stay for a few months to start, probably 3 to 6. I can send references and pay deposit and first month promptly. Since I'm moving from another country I'd love to do a video call before I arrive if that works for you.
