Female postdoc looking for double room in Oxford

Hello :),

I need to move to Oxford to start a new job as a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Chemistry this coming September/October. I’m currently living in Cambridge finishing up my PhD, but I’m originally from West Yorkshire and have also lived in York before. I’m looking for either a double room for ideally £850 maximum pcm including bills - but I’m flexible up to £1000 pcm for the right place! My only requirements are that I can live about two miles/30 minute walking distance from the city centre, that there is parking available - as I am planning to get a car soon, and that you’re comfortable with me having a guest stay/visit on occasional weekends. I’m open to current houseshares as well as buddying up with others to find a house/flat together. I’d ideally like to live in a mixed or female only household. I’d love to be able to make friends with my new housemates and socialise, but this isn’t a requirement. Please get in touch if you’re interested or if you have any questions :)
