Moving for a fresh start

Hi there! Looking to move to a balanced, social/ and as needed, privacy oriented house share. I'm always up for a chat but conscious if my housemate needs their personal space. I work at the NHS but if money was no object, I'd love to play music my whole life. (I play acoustic guitar so I'm not going to be loud). I love going to concerts/gigs, hiking, cooking and I'm currently learning to skateboard. :) I'd prefer a double room, if possible, and my house pet peeve would be an unclean shared area. (Kitchen, living and bath/toilet) I always clean/pick up after myself so I would hope my housemate would do the same.
