Looking for a furnished room, short or long term

Hi, I’m a part-time Australian student working part-time in Lincoln, I’m looking for a furnished room, short-term or long-term, happy to buddy up with other people searching for a place to rent or to join a share house.

I’m a non-smoker and looking for a non-smoking household ideally but if you do smoke, as long as it’s not in the house, I don’t mind 😊 . I don’t have any pets, I’m quiet, neat and spend most of my spare time either studying or reading.
