Looking for a Double Room with Private Bathroom

Hi! I’m looking for a furnished double room in a clean, quiet and well-maintained home, preferably around Highbury, Canonbury, Islington or nearby North London neighbourhoods.

I’m looking to move between 26–30 November, with a maximum budget of £1,250 per month, including all bills.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

* A spacious furnished double bedroom.
* A private bathroom, preferably en-suite, but a separate bathroom exclusively for my use would also be great.
* A female-only, non-smoking household.
* No more than 1–2 other flatmates.
* A clean, peaceful and respectful living environment.
* A vegetarian-friendly household.

I’d love to live somewhere with a nice residential feel, good transport links and a station within a 10-minute walk.

I’m a working professional, tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I’m looking for a comfortable home where everyone is mindful of each other’s space and keeps the place clean and welcoming.
