My friend and I are looking for a clean, friendly and well-maintained room for two people in London, available from 1st September 2026.

📍 Preferred location: Central London / Zone 1–2, or areas with easy access to Chelsea, Fulham, Battersea and excellent transport links.

Key Details:

👫 Occupancy: 2 people sharing

💼 Employment: We are both working professionals — I work at Zara and my friend works at TK Maxx.

💷 Budget: £800–£850 PCM, all-inclusive preferred

📅 Move-in: 1st September 2026

🏡 Stay: Long-term, ideally 6–12+ months

We are clean, quiet, respectful and responsible tenants who take good care of our home and shared spaces. We’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay long-term.
