Easygoing Housemate Wanted to Share Costs

I'm relocating from Cornwall for work and I'm looking for someone to share a place with. I want to make renting more affordable for me while creating a comfortable, respectful home for both of us.

I'll be working night shifts, so I appreciate a household where everyone respects each other's schedules and privacy. I'm clean, tidy, considerate, and believe in keeping shared spaces well looked after.

A bit about me: I don't smoke or drink, and in my free time I enjoy films, TV, gaming, music, cooking (and eating!), as well as staying active through climbing and going to the gym.

I'm looking for someone who is similarly respectful, values a clean and relaxed home, and is happy to communicate openly. Whether we end up hanging out occasionally or mostly doing our own thing, I'm happy either way, as long as we create a friendly and comfortable place to live.

I'm ideally looking to find somewhere in Slough, Windsor, or Uxbridge, although I'm open to nearby areas for the right place.
