Looking for a room for student in Belfast

I'm a master student from QUB and currently looking for a room to stay in Belfast for the next minimum 3 months. Ideally a place in BT9, 7, 6 and 5, but not too far from the city centre. Ensuite would be great but not necessary. I mostly keep to myself and can be a bit quiet, but I do enjoy other's company if we share interests. I don't have much requirements for flatmates, but I would expect them to be clean, not smoking nor be drunk and please don't hold party overnight at the place.
