Looking for housemates!

I am looking for a friendly, quiet and tidy houseshare.

I am a self-employed professional with stable income, I play piano and guitar and read a lot. I am sociable and enjoy chatting, but I'm more of a coffee/day out/pub person than a nightclub person. I have lots of interests and hobbies and love spending time out in Brighton.

I am quite flexible in terms of location, price, and so on. I care more about the people than the house itself. I would prefer cheaper houses at this stage so I can save up, but if we find a nice one I'm sure budget can stretch.
