Looking for room in shared flat

Hey, I'm Ágoston, I'm an incoming postgraduate student of Computational Biology at the University of Cambridge and I am looking for a room to rent near the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (Wilberforce Rd, CB3). My programme starts October 1st, so I can move in on the 15th of September the earliest. I live in Hungary at the moment, so alternative (online) ways of viewing the flat are welcome.

I have been living in dormitories for the last 3 years, so I know how to make living together enjoyable for everyone. During this time I became a firm believer in the notion that problems remain unresolved only if communication is insufficient.

I think good sleep, exercise and nutrition being foundational for everything we do. I will probably work from home a significant amount. I also plant to do meal prepping, so it is important for me that the kitchen has basic utilities like a freezer, a microwave or an oven.
