Two Aus exchange students looking for semester lea

Hi! We’re two friendly Australian students coming to Manchester Metropolitan University on exchange from early-mid September until around January (needing short term contract)

We’re looking for an apartment or two rooms in a shared house/student accommodation in or around the city centre, Deansgate, Oxford Road, or Fallowfield. Ideally we’d love somewhere social, safe and within easy reach of MMU by walking, bus or tram.

Our budget is flexible depending on the property, but we’d ideally like to stay under £210 per person per week.

A little about us-we’re both clean, respectful, super sociable and easy to live with. We enjoy meeting new people, exploring the city, going out, shopping and going to events. We’re hoping to find somewhere with a great student atmosphere where we can make the most of our semester in Manchester.
