I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I'm looking for accommodation for the next 2 months.

I'm currently a student at Queen's University and need an additional two months to properly complete my business and commitments here. My lease at my current student accommodation ends in two weeks, but I'm happy to start the tenancy even begore, and pay from that date.

I'm available to meet or arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience, and if everything is suitable, I'm ready to pay the full two months' rent upfront immediately.
