Looking for a room available from August 18th

I am a full time student also working part time.
I have a very busy schedule and am usually working on a project.

My budget is £850 pcm including bills. I would prefer SE London, around Peckham, New Cross or Southwark

I am very friendly, communicative and clean. I am used to house sharing and am used to being around people, an ideal room for me would be with people who are social, down to chat but also appreciate independence and their own time.

I would prefer a female only/ LGBTQ+ household.

I have to move out of my current house by the 31st, I am staying at a friends until the 22nd August but would love to have a place within the week before that so I have time to move everything. I am moving a lot of my stuff into storage.

Ideally in SE London for convenience but am also happy with East. I work in the city of London and have a lot of responsibilities in South East so good travel links are preferred.

I am looking for a property to be a temporary home until I find the right property with my friends, and the possibility that if it falls through, somewhere I can stay long term.
