Professional seeking a spacious, quiet room

I’m a 35-year-old professional working as Head of Student Recruitment for a university group. I’m friendly, respectful, clean and easy to live with, but I also value a calm home.

I work from home 2–3 days per week, so I’m looking for a large double room with enough space for a proper desk setup. Ideally I’d like good storage, reliable Wi-Fi and parking or straightforward local parking. In addition to an en suite.

I’m mainly looking around SW or nearby areas, with a budget of around £1,000–£1,200 including bills. I’d prefer to live with other working professionals in a clean, considerate household.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, train regularly at the gym and enjoy music, cooking and getting out at weekends. I’m hoping to move asap.
