(34M) Easygoing professional seeking room/buddy-up

Hi! I am freshly graduating with my MBA at UoN and working as a Finance Manager for a local charity in Nottingham.

I need to move into a new place by mid-August (my absolute move-out date is Aug 23rd, so I am hoping to move in a few days prior).

I am looking for a budget-friendly, tidy place in a good location, ideally with nearby shopping and convenient transit links. I am happy with areas in NG6 - 9, with my favorites being Beechdale, Beeston, and NG7. Reliable internet (unlimited), bills inclusive, pvt. bathroom and furnished are very important for me as well.

What to expect from me:
As a chartered accountant, I am organized, reliable with bills, and tidy. I do not like to burden anyone else, and I am good at communication. During the week, my routine is pretty structured around work. I go into the office at least twice a week and always WFH on Fridays, during which I keep to my own space. In standard evenings, I usually like to unwind and recharge privately (gaming or watching something), though I also enjoy the occasional drink.

I am rather introverted, so I do appreciate a bit of quiet, privacy, and personal space. Nevertheless, I love a good conversation! Ultimately, I want to actively make sure that wherever I stay is a place that is safe, respectful and pleasant.
