Looking for a short-term let (5-6 months)

I'll be starting a PhD in the Life Sciences Department. I'm looking for somewhere close to town or with an easy commute. In my first year I'll be spending 5 months in Bath followed by 5 months in Swansea, so finding standard 12-month contracts aren't ideal for me.

In terms of who I am day-to-day: I enjoy running, sometimes more than others (I did the Bath Half last year), and I've really gotten into reading - I used to stick to non-fiction but recently I've gotten into fiction too. I've just read three of Sally Rooney's books and loved those, and with the PhD I'll have plenty of reading and writing to do, so some evenings I'll likely be keeping to myself. I like having a good routine to stay organised, but I also enjoy having fun and getting out now and then and spending time with friends.
