Hello, my name is Jasmine. I recieve UC and PIP and have been marked unfit to work due to my health, which I understand can scare off landlords. I have rented before and I am a polite and laidback tenant with references. Ideally I am looking for my own rental property, however I would also be happy with a room, I have no preference for the type of people I may live with.
I cannot provide a guarantor, however my income is stable. I am happy to negotiate an agreement in place for not having a guarantor.
