Looking for a flat share in Manchester

I am a very respectful, tidy and sociable person. I enjoy cooking so, a lot of time is spent in the kitchen. I don’t know how to cook just for one person so, if you enjoy my flavour palate then I’m always happy to cook for others too.
Cleanliness is top for me, I love a clean home!

I would prefer an en-suite, as I like my own private space. Happy with sharing other amenities!

If you have any pets, I’m open as that’s an extra bonus!

I am a professional - working at the university as a lecturer, a lot of my time is spent on campus. I am also doing my PhD (not your typical doctoral student).I am generally really busy with either work or writing during the week! If I’m not doing that and because a work/life balance is so important me.. I am at the gym, meeting up with friends, going for food and drinks or coffee. I equally enjoy a lovely night in too.

I’d like a flatmate who is easy to get along with, enjoys a social/chat and equally enjoys their down time because I’m a bit of both... I think if we are living together, we should make an effort to get to know each other! Someone who is respectful of the shared spaces and understands that a clean home is a happy home!
