Teacher looking for a friendly flatmate

Hi, I’m a 27-year-old Irish secondary maths teacher moving to Manchester for work in September. I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate, ideally around Castlefield, Deansgate, Chorlton, Withington or somewhere with a straightforward commute into the city centre.

I’m sociable and enjoy going out, watching sport, training, playing music and having a chat at home. I also value having my own space and would be looking for a relaxed, comfortable place where everyone gets along.

I’m open to either finding a place together or joining an existing flat. It would be great to live with another young professional who is friendly and up for socialising now and then.
