Hi! My name’s Richa and I’m looking for a buddy to search for accommodation in South West London - Balham, Clapham South or Wandsworth.

I’m 26 years old, working a hybrid office job in Westminster.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time at the gym, enjoy swimming, and like exploring cafés, cinemas, museums and restaurants around London. I'm sociable and enjoy chatting with housemates, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing and appreciate a home that's relaxed rather than a constant party.

I’m clean and tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

What I'm looking for
- Budget: £1,000–£1,300 pcm (bills included if on the higher end)
- Gals only household / 2 bed with buddy
- Double room with ensuite in a professional house share
- Areas such as Balham, Clapham South, Wandsworth, though I'm open to similar neighbourhoods
- Good transport links into central London
- A safe, residential area with green space nearby
- Walking distance to a gym would be a huge plus
- A clean, well-maintained flat with a shared living room space if possible
