Hello,

I am a 33-year-old physicist finishing my PhD in Brussels, and I will be starting a postdoctoral research position at Oxford this October. Before that, I worked as a cook for a few years and spent some time travelling in Asia and Australia. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano and most things music-related. Dogs and I usually get on very well together (happy to provide references if needed). I have been living with cats despite my mild allergy to them for the last 7 years too. I grew up in the countryside but have been living in cities for the past ten years, so I appreciate the cultural side of city life alongside some time in greener spaces.

I am looking for a room from the start of October, with no fixed end date in mind, at least for 2 months. I am open to any area of Oxford within 15 minutes bike ride to the physics department and have a budget of up to £1,200 per month.

I would rather like to have an en-suite bathroom, especially if there are more than 3 people in the houseshare.

As I am currently based in Brussels, I am unable to view rooms in person before then. I would be happy to do a video call or a short video walkthrough instead.
