Female flatmates are preferred. I’m hoping to live with someone who is clean, tidy, positive and enjoys a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I’m completely fine with flatmates having friends over occasionally, as I understand that home should also feel social and comfortable. I would just prefer guests not to visit too frequently, and for everyone to be mindful about bringing unfamiliar people into the flat, so that the home remains safe, peaceful and respectful for everyone.
