Seeking annexe/one bedroom

I’m a single 32 year old professional female looking for a one bedroom within either Cornwall, Devon or Somerset. I have a good-as-gold Golden Retriever, Lenny so it must accept a dog and have a garden/outdoor space. Outside of work I spend as much time as possible outdoors with Lenny, so I’m hoping for a little annexe/cottage somewhere rural/semi-rural with access to good walking and running trails. A bonus if it’s not too far from a beach too.

I’m employed full-time on a permanent basis and work remote.

Also open to house sharing if there’s someone who aligns.
