Looking for a Room in a Quiet House

I am recently divorced and looking for a stable, quiet house to stay in. The sale of my marital home is underway, so I am looking for somewhere I can settle down for the foreseeable future.
I am 69 and work as a senior manufacturing operator in a local factory. I have worked in this role for 35 years and have a reference available from my manager.
I am looking for a furnished room in the following areas of Plymouth: Roborough, Belliver, Glenholt, Woolwell, Widewell, Derriford, Crownhill.
I work 12 hour rotating day and night shifts and I am looking for a house where I can sleep during the day when required. When I have an early start I am careful not to disturb the household.
I am tidy and respectful of the communal areas. My interests are reading and writing and I enjoy spending time in my room doing these things.
I do not smoke or vape, and drink very little alcohol. I have no pets.
I need to drive to and from my place of work and so need somewhere to park my car. Street parking will be fine so long as I can reliably find a space when I return from work.
I will treat the property with respect and can take up the tenancy immediately if my application is successful.
My budget is £650 pcm
