Quiet MSc graduate, room from mid-August

Hi! I'm finishing my MSc at the University of Glasgow and submit my dissertation on 11 August, after which I'll be moving onto a Graduate visa with full working rights while I job hunt for business and commercial analyst roles.

Looking for a room from around mid-August, at least through to December and quite possibly longer, depending on where work takes me. Happy to agree a clear notice period either way.

What I'm like to live with: quiet, clean and respectful of shared space. I don't smoke and I don't throw parties. I'll be at home during the day doing applications and interviews, so I'm after somewhere calm — and I'm just as happy chatting in the kitchen as keeping to myself.

Worth mentioning: my student exemption ends when my course does, so I'd be contributing to council tax from the autumn.

Happy to pay a few months up front and can provide references.
