Looking for somewhere near Heath Hospital

Hello! I am looking for a home near Heath Hospital as I just started working at that site on a full time basis, so I would be out during a lot of the day. A single or a double room is fine by me, and whilst it would be amazing to have an outdoor space, this isn't a must. I would also prefer the bills to be included in the total price but I'm willing to compromise there too.

I used to be a carer for my late grandfather and so I keep things very clean and tidy and am happy to make the teas and coffee! I love socialising with people but also am happy to keep to myself, so I can work around whatever others needs are. I'm happy to live with any gender, but wouldn't want to be one solo female living with MULTIPLE men. A mix is fine though or just one other man. I'm kind and considerate, accepting of others, and would really appreciate being given the chance to live closer to my work to make the commute shorter than it currently is (a 30 minute trek).
