Filmmaker for a two-bed buddy-up

Hey! I’m Tamas, a 40-year-old filmmaker originally from Hungary, and I’ve lived in London for around 20 years.
I’m looking to buddy up with someone to find a nice two-bed around Dulwich, Peckham or nearby, with a total budget of around £2,000 per month.
I’m clean, easy-going and independent, and I’d like a relaxed, homely atmosphere with open communication rather than just living with a stranger. I’m into movies, gaming, music, exhibitions, the gym and generally quite nerdy.
It would be great to live with someone friendly and considerate who enjoys the occasional chat or film night but also values their own space.
