Looking for a Self-Contained studio or Annex

I am looking for a self-contained studio, annex, or one-bedroom property to rent, ideally with all bills included, although I am happy to consider other options.

I would like to be upfront and let you know that I currently receive Universal Credit, including the housing element, which will cover the rent. I understand some landlords may have questions, so I wanted to be open from the outset.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful person looking for a long-term home where I can settle. I have an excellent rental history and have always paid my rent on time. I am actively looking for part-time work, and I also run a small eBay business, which helps contribute towards my monthly living expenses.

For added reassurance, I can provide:

* A positive reference from my current landlord.
* A guarantor, if required.
