We are 3 working professionals looking for a clean and well-maintained 3-bedroom house/flat in London. We are respectful, tidy, hygienic, non-smokers, and will take good care of the property. Our maximum budget is £800 per person per month, including all bills. An en-suite for each room would be preferred, but we're also happy to consider properties without en-suites.
