Looking for a double room to rent

Hi all,

I am looking for a double room to rent, bills included.

I am currently living at home with my mum and looking to take the next step and move out. I am looking for a friendly, relaxed house share and can move in as soon as the room is available. I'm ideally seeking a tenancy of at least a few months, but longer-term if possible, with a budget of around £550/month.

I turn 24 next month and work full-time during the week across two roles. I work in Marketing from Monday to Thursday (working from home on Mondays) and do bookkeeping on Fridays (also from home). While I am a busy individual, I really value having a calm, comfortable place to come home to.

I am clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and very easy to live with. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, cooking, baking cakes, going to the gym, camping, walking, and kayaking. I am a huge animal lover, especially dogs, and enjoy dog walking when I can. I also have my own 100-litre tropical fish tank which I take great care of.

I love cozy movie and game nights, as well as spending time with my partner, friends, and family. My partner usually stays over with me one weeknight and some weekend days, or I head over to his place.

I am very independent and happy in my own company, but I am also sociable and always up for a friendly chat or hanging out together. I am looking for somewhere I can truly feel at home, where everyone is clean, considerate, and gets along well. I am a non-smoker, take pride in keeping my living space tidy, and always clean up after myself.
