Searching for a Room, Kind, Amenable Individual

Hi! I'm an easy-going and respectful person who gets on well with people from all walks of life. I was recently diagnosed with bilateral femoral nerve palsy, which simply means my knees don't work as well as they should, so I use a walking cane despite only being 25. If your room is upstairs, I may just need there to be a banister to help me manage the stairs safely.
I'm hoping to find a home with kind, considerate people. I respect other people's privacy and personal space, and I appreciate the same in return. I'm friendly, tidy, and easy to live with, and I've always found it easy to get along with others.
