New to Edinburgh, looking for a home or buddy up

Hi! My name is Ria. I'm 27 and from Bombay, India. I'll be moving to Edinburgh in September to start an MSc at Napier. I'm looking for a room from then onwards for a year and would love to live with like-minded, creative, thoughtful women. My budget is £500 - £600 (including bills), and I prefer a home close to EH11.

I'm new to the city, so I'm hoping to find a social flat with flatmates I can be friends with, feel comfortable around, and occasionally explore the city with or simply wind down at home after a long day.

A little bit about me. I'm social, tidy, organised, and (I'd like to believe) creative. I love reading and have an unhealthy interest in cinema, art, and basically stories of all kinds. I enjoy a good balance of going out and socialising, but I'm just as happy with a cosy night in watching films, having interesting conversations, or playing board games. I also value personal space and enjoy spending some quiet time on my own now and then.

Hoping to find a home and like-minded flatmates to bond with, and make Edinburgh feel a little more like home.
