Graduate Looking for a Flat or buddy up

Hi, I’m Ben, 22, from Edinburgh, and I’ve moved down to London to start a job in finance. I’m on a graduate scheme and will be working full-time, so I’m looking for a flat with a commute of around 30 minutes to Victoria Station.

I’d describe myself as outgoing and sociable, and I like being around people who are up for a laugh and easy to live with. I’m usually keen to do something on my days off, whether that is going for a walk, playing padel, going to the gym, or grabbing a pint. I also enjoy the occasional movie night or flat dinner, but I’ll be working full-time so I will not be around the flat loads during the week.

My main interests are running, the gym and fitness, rugby, learning Spanish (trying), and cooking. I’m looking for young professional flatmates, and I’d also be open to master’s or PhD students, ideally around 21–26.

My ideal budget is around £1,000–£1,200 for a flat, but open to change this depending on the flat.
