Seeking Self-Contained Studio,Annexe or 1-Bed Flat

I am a female university professor from China looking for a clean, spacious and fully self-contained studio, annexe or one-bedroom flat in Cambridge from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. I will be an academic visitor at the University of Cambridge and will be the sole occupant.
The property should have a private kitchen and bathroom, preferably its own private entrance, and a private washing machine. The kitchen should be equipped with a fridge or fridge-freezer, hob, oven or microwave oven, extractor fan, sink and basic cooking equipment. I would also need a comfortable double bed, a proper study desk and chair, a large wardrobe and sufficient storage space.
Good natural light, reliable Wi-Fi and heating are important. A private garden, courtyard or patio and secure bicycle storage would be strong advantages. I would prefer a location with convenient access to Cambridge city centre and Sidgwick Avenue. My budget is up to £1,500 per month, preferably including bills and Council Tax.

I am quiet, clean, responsible and a non-smoker, with no pets. I would take very good care of the property. I can provide proof of employment, salary, scholarship funding, savings and a signed reference from a previous UK landlord.
