Friendly founder looking for London home

Hi! I’m Seb, 32, originally from Mexico. I’ve just finished my MBA at Oxford and I’m moving to London from mid-September to work on an education/AI startup.

I’m looking for a double room with my own bathroom in a friendly, comfortable home. I’ll be working from home fairly regularly, so I’m quiet and respectful during the day and would ideally like somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than just a collection of rooms.

I’d love to live with other professionals or generally curious people who enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal or occasionally doing something together, while also respecting each other’s space. I’m sociable but definitely not looking for a party house.

I’m tidy, considerate and pretty easy to live with. Outside work, I enjoy good conversations, exploring London, travelling, culture, and meeting people from different backgrounds.
