Friendly, tidy professional seeks sociable home

Hi, I'm Martin. I'm a friendly, easy going professional who also coaches breathwork and cold water immersion. I'm also a martial arts instructor, enjoy keeping fit, cooking, films, travel, meditation, and getting outdoors. I'm sociable, and always happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal, but I'm equally respectful of everyone's own space and downtime.

I've got plenty going on outside the house, with family in Cardiff, clubs and hobbies during the week and I regularly spend a weekend or 2 each month with family in Mid Wales. That means I'm a pretty light touch housemate, friendly when I'm around, but not someone who's at home every evening or weekend.

I'm clean, tidy, considerate, and take pride in looking after the place I live. I hope to find a relaxed, respectful house where people get on well, rather than somewhere that's purely transactional. I'm looking for a home, not just a room.

Ideally, I'd like a double room with enough space for a desk, office chair, and a decent size wardrobe, plus a shared kitchen, dining area, and lounge where housemates can occasionally socialise. Parking and secure bike storage would be a big plus. I'm ideally looking to share with 2 or 3 other professionals in a clean, friendly, and respectful place.
