Seeking double room with WFH available

I’m Alex, a 35 year old guy working in FP&A for an engineering firm in London (i. e. I use excel 😂).

I’ve been living in Balham for the last 6 years and looking to stay in this general area as I love it around here.
I’m a fairly social guy who is always down for a chat, but understand people need their space too.
I try to keep active a few times a week (always looking for a running partner), always up to watch some sport (I’ll be contributing some great streaming services for this reason!) or go for a coffee with friends.

I’m after a double room with decent storage (I have a snowboard 🏂 ) and enough space to put a desk, or alternatively somewhere in the house that can accomodate it. I do WFH quite a bit but also go to my office too. It would be great to have access to my own bathroom but it’s not a dealbreaker.
