Looking for a room in a flatshare

End of my current lease next month has got me scouring through listings to avoid potential homelessness.

A little about me, I'm 27 finishing up my Master's at UoE. Looking to stick around in Edinburgh for the career prospects. Used to work in finance and looking to get back to it once I get my results. Been working in hospitality the past year and would continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

I'm past the age where I'd do a 3 day bender and quite value having a cozy place to come back to but do enjoy stepping out every once in a while. Fancy myself quite the cook so I'd be whipping up some banger curries couple of times a week (vegetarian tho). Used to living in a flatshare so happy to take up the cleaning duties. Looking for something around £700 a month but could be convinced to strech for the right place. I can provide references, guarantor and a deposit if needed.
